Pricing reflects implementation effort—not a one-size subscription. AutoCount software licensing is quoted separately based on modules and user count. Our fees cover deployment, customisation, integration, training, SOP documentation, and hypercare support.

Most clients begin with Foundation or Analytics Plus, then expand modules as teams adopt the system. We phase rollouts for multi-branch distributors so you go live safely without disrupting daily sales and warehouse operations.

Is ongoing support included after hypercare?

Hypercare is included after go-live. Ongoing support and optional maintenance can be arranged separately; many clients continue with phone and WhatsApp assistance from our Johor team for day-to-day questions.
